During his lifetime, the Buddha demonstrated that the deep practice of equanimity brings clarity, confidence and presence to our thoughts, speech and actions, no matter what we experience.

Perhaps our first deepest prejudice is against an accurate view of our own and others' true nature, that pure Buddha Nature within every single being.

Can we find equanimity toward our own emotional turmoil, toward what arises in our own minds as we meet the vast diversity of this world and issues of racism, classism, sexism and more? How do we manage the diversity of reactions we ourselves experience?   

All are welcome to explore together in safety and honesty.
